We've just enabled the subdomains / private spaces feature, which let's you create a subdomain on titanpad.com, where only you and your team can edit pads. Signup here.
Please consider it beta quality for the moment. Also, we're using CAcert for SSL - therefore to be able to use this feature, you need to install the CAcert Root Certificates (else, you'll get scary warnings).

Any plans on allowing users to download and install your app on their own servers? Would make it much more desirable.

It would be really cool if you allowed publishing documents as read-write for the team and read-only for the public

2 - we will probably announce new features on this blog. A general overview of our changes might also come, but no promises on that ;)

ReplyDeleteI created a private space but do the students who I invite via email addresses have to be signed in users to come into that pad? In the end, I had to make it public so they could enter from the internet rather than an invited guest.
ReplyDelete@testeach: well, private spaces are ... private. If you want completely public stuff, then yes, you have to make the pad public. Or just use a public pad on http://titanpad.com/

ReplyDeleteI'm loving titanpad, but have one small wish -- headings. I use headings a lot to denote the structure of a document, so only having BOLD and italic is a little bit limiting. Can we have support for H1 H2 H3. Or at least some way of having larger and smaller text.
